2025 Philly Bookshelf Fundraiser

Philly Bookshelf is especially grateful this year as we celebrate our 7th Anniversary.

Thanks to your support, our organization has provided over 52,000 books to classrooms and libraries at over 100 schools and 16 community groups in the Philadelphia region. This year, much of our resources were spent helping schools and classrooms build reading level appropriate libraries for their students. We also hosted our Date with a Book program and expanded it to a year-round opportunity.

The cost of books increased significantly this year. You can help fund books by making a donation today. A $10 donation helps provide a good quality, age appropriate book. A $100 donation helps provide a box of books for a Community Bookshelf. A $250 donation will provide a set of new books to a classroom.

Your support is an investment in literacy, which increases access to education and job opportunities, improves nutrition and health outcomes, and strengthens civic engagement.
