Our very talented Board Member, Jackie Herbst, is once again dedicating her birthday as a fundraiser for Philly Bookshelf!
If you make a donation to Philly Bookshelf during the month of August 2026, as a thank you, Jackie will paint a custom watercolor bookmark that we will mail to you.
Since 2018, Philly Bookshelf has provided nearly 57,000 books to low income Philadelphians. Your donation to Jackie’s Birthday Fundraiser will go directly to the purchase of books for schools to fulfill requests by teachers for the 2026 - 2027 school year or to support school libraries.
